Since her arrival to the United States, Inesa has played a vital role in the Lithuanian community through her activism in the church, various organizations, and her current involvement in the Lithuanian-American Theater "VILTIS."

She obtained her BS in Civil Engineering, and BA in English Philology in Lithuania. She continued her studies in the U.S., and received her MA in Education (Mathematics) from Western Governors University. Her next project is the establishment of a Lithuanian language school in the Chicago area for the children of the Lithuanian diaspora.
